Vitamin X

Vitamin X from Amsterdam is one of the world's leading and most popular hardcore-punk/thrash/r’n’r bands, releasing several classic albums, touring all over the world and playing major punk/metal fests with their unique mix of early 80's hardcore punk, fast trash and wild 70's rock riffs.

The band is known for their explosive and energetic live shows, always giving a 110%, featuring lots of stagediving, circle pits, props, interaction with the crowds and the ''Wall Of Death''. Playing in front of 10.000 people they got voted one of the best bands at the prestigious Hellfest 2015, the world’s biggest heavy music fest. VX is touring all over the world: USA, Japan, Brazil, Europe, Australia, UK, Russia, Mexico, Indonesia, Canada, Phillipines, Malaysia, Singapore, etc and slaying/(co-)headlining at fests like Hellfest, Obscene Extreme, Maryland/Netherlands Death Fest, Temples Fest, Ieper Fest, Resist To Exist Fest, Fluff Fest, Bloodshed Fest, etc. A recent EU-tour with Baroness was a resounding success.

In 2008/2012 they released two now legendary albums 'Full Scale Assault' and ‘About To Crack’, both recorded in Chicago by Steve Albini (Nirvana, Iggy Pop & Stooges, Pixies, Neurosis, Led Zeps Plant & Page) and released by Tankcrimes Recs (Municipal Waste, Toxic Holocaust, Ghoul, Fucked Up). Both albums got rave reviews, and Full Scale Assault album got voted best record of the year by many punk and metal zines. Artwork for both albums is by high profile artist and longtime fan Baroness' John Baizley (Metallica, Kylesa, Baroness).

A new killer Vitamin X album is about to be released, featuring some very special (yet secret/unannounced) guest appearances. The artwork will be done by a first time collaboration of John Baizley and Richey Beckett (Game Of Thrones, Neurosis, Metallica). Negotiations are ongoing with several high profile labels in collaboration with Ula from Clandestine Music.
